Help! Trying to contact support/product team for high profile usage

I’ve tried multiple emails to support without luck the past 3 weeks as of course COVID-19 has impacted support, but I’ve got some very high level use cases to explore for major artists and I can’t find anyone on the Steinberg side to assist. Please reach out via DM if you’re on the product team to try to get this moving. I’ve gotten zero from the support threads.

It would be helpful if you could give us a slight clue what your issues are.
