In the past, there was Steinberg’s promo action. The sent an email to all Cubase LE users with an upgrade code to the latest Cubase LE 10.5. Once you would activate it, you could download and install an older Cubase LE version, which is fully supported and compatible with Win 7 (Cubase 9.5, for example).
If you didn’t get this email from Steinberg, get in contact with your official local Steinberg dealer/support to ask for it.
