I would check the programs with which you open those videofiles, or the Windows sound-preferences.
I don’t think it’s a soundcard problem, but more of a settings problem inthe above.
For what the phones problem is concerned, maybe some incorrect settings within the DspFX mixer, output routing f.e.?
