The work around doesn’t work. Either does Steinberg’s ethical compass. Examples of a good business ethic are as follows:
Transparency
Integrity
Trustworthiness
Loyalty
Equality
Compassion
Respect
Lawfulness
I think they are walking a fine line in regards to the last one.
