Library Manager will figure out what needs doing when you double click one of the files in the downloaded Groove Agent 5 content. You will not finish up with any duplicated content installed.
The Kit and Raw Power are new in Groove Agent 5. I believe the rest is the same as Groove Agent 4, though there might be bug fixes or updates incorporated.
