Its a 60 days Trial period for Nuendo (go to your link, press the button for Hosts → Nuendo).
Note for the OP; in line with other SB products, the timer starts counting down from when you first activate the trial. As you’ve recalled, it used to be the case that the timer would take effect only when you were actually running the program (720 hours). But they scrapped that, upping the length of Trial period instead.
