Variables in MP3 ID3 tags

I find it annoying that I have to change the mp3 ID3 tags whenever I switch a project after mp3 export. Why are the tags not stored
with the project file? This is bothering since years.

Or have I overseen something?

Yeah come on Steinberg… what gives ??
