Not sure if this is the type of scrolling being discussed but when I go to use the mouse on the track’s vertical scaling slider on the right side of the project window, I always click in the slider’s range instead of the increment ±/ thing at the end of the slider, and skips to MAX value (too far), and then I have to start clicking around in the range again to find where I need it. Operator error though!
Scroll would be very fast to get there.
