No soft elicenser

Hi

Really wanted to give this a try as I use Cubase for my own projects but PT for work. Unfortunately I have an issue where it has registered on my USB elicenser as there is no soft licenser showing, Obviously I’d rather have it on a soft licenser and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the license centre but each time it comes up with a permissions error (see attached image).

Any help gratefully received. I’m on a 2014 15" MacBook Pro running High Sierra.

Hi Mike, please send us the “/Library/Logs/eLicenser/*_eLC_Installation.log” so we can have a look at this. I’ve just sent you a PM regarding this. Cheers, Tim
