Nuendo 7 Update offer (for Nuendo 3, 4, 5 and 5.5)

I’d love to do this upgrade if possible but will be upgrading from Nuendo 2 could you please accommodate me?
I emailed support to ask the same 4 days ago (Support ID #5009) but have not had any reply.
