hello everyone, hope you can help me
I just bought a Yamaha THR5 amp, which comes with a cubase AI license. It is a 25 digit key (5x5). I installed latest cubase AI version and the latest eLicenser control center version (6.11.10.2266).
My problem is that the Elicenser does not allow me to introduce the key, it just says:
“the installed version is too old, please try again aftar installing the latest version of elicenser control from the website” (more or less, it is a translation from spanish).
So, I have tried to introduce the key by opening the elicenser control center or directly by trying to open the cubase software, but I receive the same message after introducing the key. I have also tried to open it as a admin but it does not work.
I am kind of lost.
Also, my key hast 25 digits but the elicenser has 32 # to fill (4x8) but i suppose this is not an issue.
can anyone help me?
