Just upgraded to windows 10 here as the free time limit is running out. Same issue here . Left Cubase to record 1 mono track while rehearsing w band . When I returned to the computer it had stopped by it self stating some kind of Audio error- never seen this fault before in my 15 years of Cubase usage. This is utter useless if you cant even record 1 mono track without any plugins etc. Wake up Steinberg this is a disgrace
