Hi! I have a steinberg Ur44 that came with cubase 8 le AI. I have no problem with it but recently i’ve reinstalled my windows 10 on a new disk (old one stop working) and after reinstalling cubase and e licenser, it keep saying that my previous licences have expired and they have been disabled because it’s validity couldn’t be ckeched. I’ve already try reinstalling cubase and e-licenser but still the same problem. Also, i bought the upgrade to cubase AI 10 using the promo code that appears on steinberg page but, because I can’t activate Cubase 8, also can’t make the upgrade to Cubase AI 10. Any suggestions on how to solve these problems? Thanks. Tomás.
