Hello everyone. Help solve the problem. bought a sound card Steinberg CHI1 When I connect the sound card to a laptop instead of a sound is heard loud crackling. Crackle is heard after starting playing a song or video.
On the other pc it works fine. My configuration: AMD Athlon X2 63 1,9. 2GB DDR2. 300gb HDD. Windows XP
