Halion 4 - missing sound archive

Hi, I initially set up Halion 4 a few months back but only really got around to trying it this morning.

When I was browsing through the “brass” section the majority loaded fine but quite a few are saying “missing sound archive” - when I try to search for the missing files nothing happens.

I’m sure this is easily sorted but just wanted to check here first before I get my original discs out (they are in storage at the back of a wardrobe with a plethora of things in front of them!! :smiley:).

Thanks a million if anyone can help and just confirm with me that I will need to reload the data from the discs or if there is anything else I should be aware of.

  • which operating system do you use?

  • which host application do you use…Cubase 5 or 6?

  • Have you already installed the HALion 4.5.1 Update and installed the latest version of the eLicenser Control Center?

Thanks for replying.

I am using Cubase 6 (windows 7) but I only downloaded the updates the other day and will install them for everything and report back. Hopefully this sorts the problem.
