I am trying to use the m3 vst plugin editor in cubase and have installed the midi usb driver, connected the m3 via usb to my pc, and also installed the m3 plugin editor…in cubase adding an instrument track the m3 plugin won’t show up eventhough I added the path of the plug in (correct path? Folder?) in devices/ plug in information… What am I doing wrong? Thanks for some help,Martin
Complete sys specs- OS, Cubase version and bit, etc…
Windows 7…cubase studio 5, 64 bit…
I’m about to set this up on my computer, but for a quick attempt at helping…
Have you manually copied the .dll file for the plugin into the cubase\vstplugins folder? I had to do that with my Korg Legacy Collection plugins to get them to work properly - Korg’s installer did not put them in a location automatically accessible to Cubase.
Thanks…works now…but I cannot listen to m3 through my speakers… Vsti work but not m3 internal sounds…have my m3 connected to my audiointerface via midi in / out and audio connections…what am I doing wrong? Thx
