I was using Cubase LE I got with my MRk2 audio interface until I decided to upgrade o artist 8.5 last year. I purchased the download through asknet and have since then been unable to activate it. It has me using Cubase AI.
Now, today when I went to start work. My license on my usb key is failing to load. I cant get into my steinberg it says that my account is disabled,
Ive gone from paying a few hundred dollars for aertist… down to not even being allowed to have an account, and I cant get any assistance from steinberg. can you please help! I have so much workt o do!
