it has been reported that the mediabay scanning as outlined in earlier threads has not been addressed in V9.
This has been stated as ‘By Design’ be Steinberg Representatives. Unfortunately this does not make any sense at all as a ‘Design’ feature and the last Version of Cubase to not have this issue was V6. The ‘By design’ feature is more likely an excuse not to do anything about it.
