I purchased a Yamaha Mixer MG10XU on 13-Jul-2020… along with i got complementary download access code for Cubase AI full version…
By mistake i downloaded 10.5 Pro & used the key to registered & i got registered and block…
further i realized it was a wrong version, then i again downloaded 10.5 AI & try to register…
but again got rejected that key used by another account…
Earlier 10.5 Pro wrong entry to be deactivated by Steinberg so that i can use for 10.5 AI version
Pl help on this…
Seems you have already registered the AI and therefore you cannot register it again. Also you have downloaded the Pro version which will obviously not start without a license.
Maybe you just need to dowbload the AI version and activate it in eLLC.
