Use Steinberg Library Manager to uninstall all Halion Sonic libraries. Use common Windows uninstaller to uninstall all Halion Sonic software.
HALion Sonic SE 2.7.10 is very old. Now we have HALion Sonic SE 3.4.0. I would recommend to update to this version.
