Is there a way to get more volume out of the mic input? I use an XLR cord and a Sennheiser mic and have to turn the Input Gain almost all the way up.
Any suggestions? I can’t find any volume boost controls.
If all the way up works for you, then that is just fine. Nothing wrong with that. The preamp is a gain amplifier and has a of amplification factor.
If that ain’t enough for your specific mic you would have to use an external Preamp.
For me its mostly enough, but indeed, nearly all the way up with a dynamic mic.
