If you like below average music, then you will absolutely love this! There’s a bit of funk, a bit of jazz, and a whole lotta garbage, but it sure does groove.
After reading your post I had to have a listen ,it made me smile 
sounds like a funky Les Dawson.Nice drums and i Like the 404 graphic thing nice one,
I’m a big fan of below average music! That’s my genre. I enjoyed the sound of this one! Reminded me of Soft Machine near the end.
