How to change VST categories?

Hi all,
I have Cubase 10 and have found that one of my instruments is in the effects category, therefore I am unable to select it as an instrument to use.
It is labelled as an effect in the plug in manager, is it possible to change the category of this VSTi?

Hi,

For me the same. I bought the Kickstart Vst but in Cubase 10 it’s not on my Vst plugins list but on the effects. SO if anybody has an answer it woult be nice.
