Installing Kontakat (NKI/NKC) Sounds in Cubase

I downloaded free VST “pocketBlakus Cello”. The files are not dll. They are NKI/NKC. Cubase does not seem to read them (VST Plug In Manager)

I am new to this and missing something basic. Please help import these Kontakt library sounds in Cubase

You need the Kontakt VST plugin to use Kontakt libraries.
