I actually know what sample rate is but there is something i can’t get through.
Is the sample rate option in Steinberg driver only for recording or does it also affect the heaphone output ?
I mean, if I, let’s say, configure the option to 44.1 kHz and I start to listen something (with a headphone connected to the audio interface) that have been encoded in 92Khz, will the DAC of the audio interface work with the 92kHz or will it work with a “downgraded” version at 44.1kHz ?
