Tonal Balance Control 1 Missing

Hi to Everyone!!!

  1. I working with Cubase 10.0.60 and Izotope 8 Standard.
    Recently I had problems with my PC and I forced to reinstall them.

  2. After the new installation the VST Tonal Balance Control 1 asked me authorization.

  3. So I decided to install them again.
    I unistalled for second time Cubase and Izotope 8 and also I deleted all files of Cubase and VST folders manually , to achieve a fresh installation


    Now I cant see Tonal Balance Control 1 in VST plugin Manager !!!
    (I remember that the Tonal Balance Control 1 was included as standard with the Cubase 10.0 when I bought it.)

Any idea how to find and fix Tonal Balance Control 1 ?
