Im running high Sierra and groove agent 5 standalone hangs on initialising. I have done every diagnostic I can find and even reinstalled the OS just in case. Stein berg have not responded to my support request either. Has anyone got any advice or solutions?
Same problem here. It hangs on the initial splash screen.
