No - there is no crossgrade from Groove Agent SE to Groove Agent (or, for that matter, HALion Sonic SE plus content included in Cubase or Nuendo to the full version of HALion Sonic or HALion).
There was recently a half price sale on Absolute 4, which was a good deal for those who wanted HALion 6 and Groove Agent 5.
