I purchased the Grand 3 download version about 2 months ago. the original links didn’t work and I got corruption errors. They then sent me ISO file links which I downloaded but I couldn’t mount them or burn them since the files were too large for my old burner.
they sent me new ISO links and a link to download WinCDEmu which installed correctly but still I can’t mount those damn discs.
I’m running Win 7 64
anyone have any ideas?-- Steinberg has basically ignored me for 2 months-- though 3 weeks ago they said they would ship me DVDs-- but alas that never happened and they have ignored all me emails since.
this is the first problem I have ever had installed anything form Steinberg in 10 years. is there disc mounting software that works with Win7 64-- anyone? Bueller?
