Supposing you use WL full version, you put the file in the montage, add a CD Track Start marker at the start, a Track End marker at the end, and Track Splice markers in between. Then from the CD tab, use the CD Wizard and from the dialog, let WL put the markers at the nearest CD frame. Then from the same tab, select Burn CD.
