when i work with midi i like to have my regions start and end clean so i can do later copy pastes or range copy pastes without having little slice of empty midi regions here and there potentially containing CC i don’t want. Also sometime i see this region but really midi note only starts 3 bars later… i end up zooming vertical track up down to see where that notes starts to make a copy etc…
It would be nice when cutting a midi region to have the option to create new CC for all active midi controllers at the cut position.
take sustain for exemple. If you press sustain before the first note and later copy paste that region just where the note starts, you will loose the midi sustain info that you will have to redoo.
did i miss this in this option somewhere ?
