The crash is in MediaBay. Something gets wrong while MediaBay is scanning the folders. Could you try to trash Nuendo Preferences, please? Do you have any older Nuendo preferences on the system?
Could you attach the source *.crash file to be able to send it to Steinberg, please? The crash looks familiar to me. I think I saw the very same one in Cubase forum.
