Pre-empting my troubleshooting with this post. I came home, received my AXR4U and hooked it up real quick then had to head back to work.
When I hooked it up I got some ear piercing cracking and popping, so bad I feared that my monitors were damaged. I have the latest drivers installed and the latest firmware. The popping happened while testing windows audio via youtube video but then also happened when I plugged a TRS cable into a synth. Not the normal feedback sound but legit crackling and popping. Seemed fine when it was in but the popping was abnormal for anything I’ve worked with.
Looking for troubleshooting suggestions etc.
