Given that thunderbolt connectivity appears impossible in some circumstances, is there a plan to provide USB3.1, FW400 or FW800 cards?
i’m sitting here with a unit i can’t use 
because of no thunderbolt connectivity on PC windows 10 or Mac.

Just curious as you haven’t added your computer specs to our sig. When you say " thunderbolt connectivity appears impossible in some circumstances", is it that you simply cannot get your thunderbolt equipped computer to work with the unit or is there some other issue?
Did you return it, figure out the problem?
