No activation code!What should I do? How long will Nexway answer email?

Hello,
I bought Cubase10.5 pro online, but receive nothing.
I guess I wrote wrong Email address at the final step.
I submit a request via https://steinbergnxw.zendesk.com/hc/en-us, still no answer. How long will it take?
I dailed phone number, nobody answered.

And there is nowhere I can find my billing address and payment information in the Steinberg account.

What should I do!??
