technician experiencing issues when trying to update software

Hi all,

My technician has been experiencing problems when trying to upgrade our Cubase Elements from 6 to 10.

this is his message and attached image error....

I have been onto Steinberg website and downloaded Cubase LE software but after it has installed it comes up with an error please see the attached, and when I log into My Steinberg and try and raise a ticket in technical support I get to Choose a Registered product and that is as far as it will let me go so I am now stuck can you help please?

Could anyone advise me?#

Hi and welcome,

This is an installation error.

Make sure you:
- Download the Full Installer.
- Unpack the ZIP file and install from the unzipped folder.
- Install from the setup.exe.
- Install as administrator.
- Install to the system (C) drive.
