Try to reinstall your UR242 driver (as administrator).
- Quit Cubase.
- Download the latest UR242 driver and Tools.
- Start the installation as administrator.
- Once the installation is done, start Cubase.
If it doesn’t help, try to start Cubase as administrator and let system to install the driver.
