The Visual Index is a feature of this User Manual that displays a sample of the graphical interface of Cubase with many different elements ( buttons, sliders, musical elements,…). You can click an individual element to get a “short definition of the item” and learn how about their purpose and how they can be used and If you don’t find the short definition helpful, one can click on “more information” to go directly to the help page! Just like this by > Finale> .
Cubase being such a complex DAW, wouldn’t be awesome to have a visual index/glossary in the online help so when you hover over an area in the GUI we get a formatted note about the area?
