Cannot log in to make upgrade purchase

I have been upgrading Cubase with every update since Cubase 5

The Steinberg shop site has always been a mess by using different third party shop companies almost every time I make a purchase.

But now I refuse to make another (5th?!?!) account and loose all my purchase history.

Because even though I am logged into MySteinberg, I cannot use those credentials to log into the shop. But the shop now (another new one?) doesn't recognize any of my previous four (4!!!) account log ins!!!!

So please educate me - how do I log in to make a purchase?

The online shop is operated by Nexway (formerly Asknet). Please get in contact with them.
