May I just say, the shopping cart/web site functionality of the site is not very good. I submitted a crossgrade verification request which got approved 2 weeks ago and used the time to try out the Pro trial license to see if the product really has the features I will use. I finally decide to go back to complete the purchase and I find the verification request did not get tied to the Steinberg account. It has to get re-approved. Not good.
