Purchased wrong upgrade option 9.5 to 10, I have only 9.0

both Steinberg and Asknet are a bit slowed down due to the release, but don’t worry.
The mails surely went through, gmail can filter our automated responses, that’s likely what happened.
In these cases you usually get a refund /cancellation for the wrong purchase and you can then get the correct one.
