Folder should not be "Locked" by Nuendo when project is closed

How many times did I have to close nuendo to just rename a folder or eject a drive… I can’t count anymore…

This is non-sense.

If a project is closed, there’s no reason for nuendo to keep permissioins in Win10 on the specific folder…

Definitely a big pet peeve of mine.
