It seems I have the same problem.
It started when i updated my Cubase Artist 9.5 to the .3 version.
After that the Flux and Trip instruments seemed to have gone.
The patches are still visible in the library but they don’t seem to work anymore.
There is some explanation on what to do if Flux is missing but that did not help in my case
At the moment i updated Cubase to the .4 version.
Did you already found out how to solve this?
