I would rather prefer a simplified process of registering VSTSOUND files.
I find it a lot easier to move VSTSOUND files to its corresponding folder,
rather than having to install it.
I agree that the Halion Library Manager is of great help, when moving the VSTSOUND files to another place,
but as the Halion Library Manager must be executed anyway with DAWs and all Halion versions closed,
I´d prefer a simple drag&drop into the VSTSOUND folder, where it will be found on restarting Cubase.
Especially for those, who pretend to distribute ther VSTSOUND libraries, it should be of major interest,
to make it as easy as possible, that the end user can run the newly acquired library without hassle.
