Hi,
Mic is Mono. So add Mono Bus in the VST Connections > Inputs. Or, once you add a Mono Audio tracks, select Stereo In - Left as an Input (if your Mic is connected to the 1st input).
Also make sure you are powering the mic by phantom, if needed (condenser mic).
Can you see the incoming signal in the MixConsole’s input channel (red Channels on left)?
