Figured bass: horizontal alignment?

Post by LAE »

The default position for figured bass seems to be a bit inclined to the right for some reason. I did not think about it before, but right now I am trying out to use text fonts instead of Bravura and then it gets especially noticeable when I have the settings to put the accidentals after the figure rather than before.

Can the horizontal position be affected in some way other than tweaking individual figures in engrave mode?

Thanks,

There is an engraving option to left-align or centre the figures against the notes. The size of the figures makes the distinction more or less noticeable.
