MasterPages - Help !

Post by Dave111 »

Hey,

Trying to get going with master pages.

If I delete a master page in one document, is it deleted in all documents, or just for that one?

Also, how do you stop the first page from applying? I'm trying to get one uniform master layout page for all parts of this project/document.

Thanks,

Dave

No. If you delete a master page in one document it only deletes in that project.

There’s a setting in Layout Options > Page Setup for whether to use the First Master Page or not.

Yes, you can export a master page set from one project and then import it into another.
