Mouse Wheel [Scroll] Doesn't Work in Wavelab Pro 9.5.50

I have been looking … unsuccessfully … to find a setting that might help you. You have seen this I guess:

I believe there were similar complaints about inconsistencies with scrolling behavior in Photoshop a little while back.
