I found the solution myself.
Because I had a Textfile with timecode (as I wrote): hh:mm:ss
The Textfile should be like:
Name=Harpua
Start=00:00:00:00
End=00:01:33:00
Name=Sample In A Jar
Start=00:01:33:00
End=00:06:28:00
and so on…
00:01:33:00 = hh:mm:ss:samples
The txt-file must have the same name of the source file and must be in the same folder as the source.
