Cubase Artist 10 and VST Transit

I have Cubase AI and i would like to communicate with a friend but before uying Cubase Artist 10 each other, i would like to be sure that VST Transit is inscluded in Cubase Artist 10 ? If yes, can you confirm me that we could communicate and work in the cloud with this version and vst transit ?
